Policies

Check-In & Check-Out Information

  • Earliest check-in is 2 p.m.
  • Latest check-out is 11 a.m.
  • Renters will be charged a $50 late fee if cabin is still occupied after 11 a.m.

Damages

Renters assume responsibility for any loss of or damage done to the cabin. A notification will be mailed to the responsible party of the price of damages, replacement costs, or repairs needed, and will automatically be charged to the renter’s credit card.

Occupancy

  • No more than six people overnight. Renters in violation will be evicted with no refund.
  • Two vehicles allowed at each cabin. No parking on grass.
  • Additional cars can park in the campground parking lot and must have a Motor Vehicle Permit.

Housekeeping/Clean-Up

  • Cabins are cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure.
  • It is the renter’s responsibility to dispose of their trash in the designated dumpsters in the campground.
  • If a cabin needs excessive cleaning, renter will be charged a $50 cleaning fee.

Camping Equipment

  • One additional tent and/or dining fly is permitted.
  • Total of six people per cabin.

Waivers

Renters agree to hold Great Parks harmless, and to defend it from any and all claims for damages of any nature, whether to themselves or to others, that may arise from or through the use of the cabin.

Pets

  • No pets allowed. Renters in violation will be evicted with no refund.
  • Extra housekeeping and any necessary treatment(s) may incur an additional fee.

Smoking

  • Smoking is not permitted. Renters in violation will be evicted with no refund.
  • Extra housekeeping and any necessary treatment(s) may incur an additional fee.

Cooking, Grills, Open Flames

Cooking, grilling or open flames inside cabin or on the cabin deck is not allowed.

Supplies

Cabins have mattresses, a garbage can and broom. All other supplies are the responsibility of the renter.

Personal Property

Great Parks is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal property. We suggest you keep your cabin locked.

Mechanical Failures

Occasionally equipment may malfunction. To report a problem, call the campground office during open hours. It may be necessary for staff to enter a cabin while rented to perform repairs.
