Great Parks' signature events remove barriers to the natural world across Hamilton County. From celebrating conservation to helping attendees find their wild side, our signature events feature a wide variety of themes and interests helping connect our parks into our communities in a meaningful way.

| Fairy Tale Festival | Glenwood Gardens | The Great Parks Highfield Discovery Garden at Glenwood Gardens is the setting for fairy tale folklore that leaps off the page into real life for the family-favorite Fairy Tale Festival. Kids of all ages are encouraged to dress up as their favorite fairy tale characters to join the fun. | Kids / Outdoor Adventure Expo | Winton Woods | Kids Outdoor Adventure Expo is one of the largest FREE interactive outdoor recreation and nature education events for children in the country. | Urban Thrive Festival | Nature Center at the Summit | Guests to the Urban Thrive Festival interact with the Center’s community garden, learning how and when to plant, to help guests become urban farmers. | Hispanic Heritage Festival | Sharon Woods | The Hispanic Heritage Festival offers an opportunity to appreciate and celebrate our Latinx community.
